Case 01: HR Recruitment Campaign for the Emergency Services of Basel-Stadt The Canton of Basel-Stadt was facing staff shortages in its ambulance and fire services. I took responsibility for the end-to-end production of the HR recruitment campaign – from developing the client briefing through idea and concept, production, media booking and final delivery. The campaign ran across multiple channels, including Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Display Network, web and print. Campaign assets included employee-focused creatives, among them 30 short video clips, image films and a dedicated landing page. Additional measures included billboards and vehicle branding, where I managed production coordination and vendor acquisition. My role covered briefing and concept work, coordination with external partners, organization of video production, stakeholder communication, client presentations, as well as quality control of all assets across every delivery channel – from first draft to final distribution and uploads. Result: The campaign generated strong visibility and led to a noticeable increase in qualified applications, enabling the client to better meet its recruitment needs in these critical emergency services.

Case 02: Multichannel Content Production for Suva Suva, the Swiss National Accident Insurance Fund, is responsible for accident insurance, prevention and rehabilitation in Switzerland. To reach its diverse target groups – end consumers, employees, companies and B2B partners – Suva continuously communicates across a wide range of channels. I am responsible for the ongoing realisation of tailored content, aligned with the specific needs of each audience. Depending on the message, this includes explainer videos, animated content, social media clips, live events, e-learning formats, as well as the development and enforcement of CI/CD guidelines for video content. All content is produced in the three official national languages (German, French, Italian) and more. Result: By delivering consistent, multilingual and channel-specific content, Suva is able to strengthen prevention awareness, engage employees and companies, and ensure accessibility for a multilingual audience across Switzerland and beyond.
